Adjust the sliders below to change the thresholds used to generate the segmentation.
The IHC score results and segmentation image below will update based on your changes.
For large images, interact within the image area to zoom and pan.
Mouse controls: Use the right mouse button to zoom and middle mouse button to pan.
(If your mouse has less buttons, use ctrl+left to zoom and shift+left to pan.)
Touch controls: Use a two finger pinch to zoom and two finger scroll to pan.

Segmentation Threshold:
⟲
DeepLIIF generates a probability map for each pixel to belong to positive and negative classes.
Adjust this slider to change the threshold used to classify the pixels in the final segmentation.

?
Size Gating:
⟲
Adjust the size gating so that smaller cells are omitted from the final segmentation.
The distribution of cell sizes is shown above, with a white line indicating the threshold.
Click on a cell in the image below to show its size as a yellow line.

Marker Threshold:
⟲
Adjust the marker threshold for determining positive cells, overriding the segmentation mask.
Cells with a maximum marker value above the rightmost slider will be classified as positive.
Cells with a maximum marker value below the leftmost slider will be classified as negative.
Cells with a maximum marker value above the rightmost slider will be classified as positive.

Options for left mouse button actions:
Show Size: Click on a cell to show its size in the distribution above.
Select Region: Draw a lasso selection to include region in results.
Exclude Region: Draw a lasso to exclude region from results.
If multiple regions are lassoed, they will be combined for the final result.
Note: If drawing on a touch device, start with a horizontal (left/right) motion.
